TERMS OF SALE
Sales at Locks Northwest, Inc. will be made to re-sellers and manufacturers only. Orders from Contractors and End-Users will not be accepted. In order to purchase from Locks Northwest, Inc., a company must be in one of the following business ventures; Alarm/Security Dealer, Building Materials Exporter, Door and Hardware Distributor, Glass or Window Dealer, Locksmith, Lumber Yard, Retail or Wholesale Hardware Store, OR OEM (A manufacturer using our product as a component of a product for resale).
CREDIT
Monthly revolving credit accounts require six (6) purchases per year. If activity is not maintained and the account becomes inactive, a credit review may be required before orders will be processed. 4% fee for monthly accounts are paid by credit card. No charge if paid at time of sale. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card purchases are not eligible for any type of cash discount.
SHIPPING
Locks Northwest, Inc. will pay freight or deliver single orders that total the amounts listed below, depending on the area shipped. Oversized, overweight, products that require special handling, special orders, and areas outside the continental US (Alaska & Hawaii) are subject to freight charges. Total order without freight added.
WARRANTY
Locks Northwest, Inc. honors warranty claims for one (1) year after the date of purchase. After one year, all warranty issues will be directed to the product manufacturer. We can help coordinate warranty resolution for products older than one (1) year but it will be your responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly. Locks Northwest, Inc. is not responsible for any type of freight charges for warranty issues and is not responsible for warranty issues or discrepancies for products exported outside the USA.
RETURNS
No returns without authorization. Returns subject to handling charge and must be made within forty-five (45) days of sale. Special orders are not returnable. Locks Northwest, Inc. will honor manufacturers warranties for one (1) year after the date of purchase.
